Mark Miller has spent over 30 years in the tax and financial services industry helping his clients grow and protect their wealth. He has worked with hundreds of Business Owners, Physicians, Executives and High-Net-Worth clients cutting their taxes significantly. He helps them grow and protect their business and retirement assets in good times and bad. Plus, preserve long-lasting family legacies.
Mr. Miller is a best-selling author, having written several books on personal finance. His latest book, The Tax-Free Business Owner teaches business owners how to zero out their taxes, just like many Fortune 500 firms.
He has been featured in more than 200 newspapers and magazines such as the Kansas City Star, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Money Magazine, Women’s Day, The New York Times, and the Los Angeles Daily News. Mark has also appeared as a business and financial expert on numerous radio and television shows nationwide, including Fox News.
Mark has attained Ethics Approved Status as a Registered Business Financial Consultant with the IARFC. Not long ago, he was one of only 50 Americans to receive the Presidential Businessman of the Year award. He also received a personal commendation from President George W. Bush for his efforts to help Americans build their businesses and wealth.
Kelly Miller
VP of Operations & Tax Strategist
As VP of Operations, Kelly Miller manages the operations, office management, and accounting functions of the firm. Not only does she do an outstanding job in the accounting and tax operations of the firm, but she also assists with business planning. Kelly is also a Tax Strategist, working with clients to help design tax plans that maximize their long-term tax-savings.

Kelly is the Manager of this extensive group that directly benefits our firm's operational ability to engage efficiently and effectively with clients. HSG provides expert support, products and services to our company and provides client direct access communications. The group's expert back office support ensures client access to best-in-class (meaning top-tier in the world) services and financial products are in place for everything we engage in with our clients.

J. Bradley Hilton
J. Bradley Hilton is the grandson of iconic American Hotelier Conrad Hilton, one of the greatest American entrepreneurs in history. As former Information Technologies Project Manager at Hilton Hotels Corporation, he helped spearhead an increase in Hilton’s IT revenue from $700 million to over $1.2 billion. When Hilton was sold to Blackstone Group in 2007 for $26 Billion, Brad launched a successful venture capital career, founding a number of successful enterprises.
These days, he is very active with the Hilton Foundation through it’s Generations in Giving (GIG) program, which was established by Conrad Hilton and remains dedicated to ending hunger and homelessness globally.

Shane Hackett
Shane Hackett is a 25-year, media, marketing, and public company executive. Shane is widely renowned as a direct marketing expert, having founded, built, and managed multiple broadcast, technology, marketing and training companies. He is the current Chairman of the Board at Market Leverage, an Inc. 100 Advertising Firm and Fortune 5000 fastest growing company in America.
Over the decades, Shane has also owned multiple radio stations and was the producer and creator of Baseball Sunday with Joe Garagiola. As a former Division I soccer player, Shane continues his passion for soccer passing on his legacy by owning the country’s largest and most successful youth soccer program, Heartland Soccer.
He brings his years of leadership and private equity relationships to the table to help Hilton Tax & Wealth Advisors clients succeed.
Brian Cervenka
Brian Cervanka started his career in the pharmaceutical industry where he was consistently recognized for both his sales and leadership skills. However, many years ago the entrepreneurial spirit moved him into business for himself. Once there, he built a successful health insurance business, followed by business ventures in the personal care home space, franchising and capital raise. Ultimately, he founded and lead a large national marketing organization with distribution through more than 1,000 channels.
With over 25 years of hands-on leadership and training experience, Brian is well educated and positioned to help Hilton Tax and Wealth Advisors identify and maximize critical areas of business growth.

Marshall has shared the stage with Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Bill Clinton and many others. Recently, Sylver has been itching for a bigger challenge and is now on a mission to win a NOBEL PRIZE helping to enhance the production and productivity of the economy of the United States.
